Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Delivery Time
- Within Pakistan: 3-7 business days
- Remote areas: 5-10 business days
Shipping Charges
- Flat shipping fee of PKR 99 on all orders
- Free Shipping on orders above PKR 2,000
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via SMS/Email.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
